(PMSCS), is an International, Independent and non-profit company, founded on June of 1995, by a group of professionals with a recognized background within the International Maritime Community. Since our foundation we have been an organization strongly committed to Safety of Life at Sea, the conservation of the environment, and the permanent compliance and application of established requirements of National and International Maritime Conventions.
